We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in corporate communications. The ideal candidate will be an experienced communicator with a strategic mindset, driven to make a meaningful impact on corporate reputation and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Drive corporate communications strategies for clients, focusing on high-stakes media relations, thought leadership, and brand positioning.
  • Manage Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and manage crisis communication to effectively handle sensitive and/or evolving situations.
  • Create Impactful Content: Oversee or directly create compelling content for various channels, including newsletters, social media, and company websites, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Drive Internal Communications: Design and execute internal communication plans to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals, or manage announcements.
  • Engage Stakeholder: Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and to address communications needs across the organisation.
  • Track Success: Track and analyse communication metrics and media coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience in crisis communication and media relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
